We meet in groups of 8/10 at appetizer homes.  The host prepares appetizers and beverages.  The appetizer party runs from 5 – 6:15pm.

At 6:15 all guests travel from Appetizer homes to DIFFERENT dinner homes.  The dinner host provides a salad, bread and drink.  Another person provides the main course and a vegetable. Typically the dinner is brought to the host prior to the evening beginning so that it is ready for the dinner guests upon arrival.  Dinner parties are from 6:30 – 7:45pm.

At 7:45pm we all travel to the Parish Hall for dessert.  We will be assigned to a DIFFERENT table and a host for dessert.  The dessert hosts set their own tables (with their own tablecloth, china, décor, etc) and provide dessert.  Dessert hosts normally set their table on Friday night or Saturday.  Dessert begins at 8pm.

The attempt is to be with 18- 24 different people throughout the evening.  What a wonderful way to make connections at church!

Sign Ups End on Sunday, April 14th and individual invitations are delivered on Sunday, April 21st.   On the sign up sheet you will indicate your “hosting” preference.

If you are hosting appetizers, dinner or dessert your invitation will include the names and phone numbers of your guests so that you can contact them about directions and ask about any food allergies.  Other than that, invitations will not have names on them and that makes the event more fun!  You will be surprised at the guests who end up at a party with you!

DreamBuilders Fundraising Event!!!

Come join us for an evening of dining, refreshments and fellowship in support of DreamBuilders. DreamBuilders will be building three homes in Hazard, KY in June of this year. A portion of the proceeds from your meals and drinks will go directly toward funding the materials for these three homes.  More details to come…
