The primary goal of the Profile Committee was to put together a “picture” of our St. Mark’s community for a prospective new rector to review. Specifically, the Profile Committee’s job was to define who we are as a parish and what kind of leadership we need.

We have completed our Focus Group sessions, the parish wide survey and we have used this feedback to answer the 12 Profile Questions that have been provided by the diocese.  The answers to these questions, together with miscellaneous data on our parish, will be a great help to anyone who is interested in becoming our next rector.

The work of the Profile Committee is now complete. The Discernment Committee is now beginning their exciting work!
